Ui Kyung Park, a highly respected flutist in South Korea, has won numerous distinctions including earning top honors in the Music Association Korea Concours; the Ewha/KyungHyang Competition; the Toronto Kiwanis Competition; Five Town Music and Art Foundation Competition in New York

Ms. Park studied in Toronto Royal Conservatory of Music, University of Toronto and Manhattan School of Music.

She has served for 17 years as a vice principal flutist of the Korean Symphony Orchestra, has regularly held numerous flute recitals, and as a soloist she has enjoyed a flourishing career performing with many of leading chamber music ensembles and orchestras, including the Seoul Symphony Orchestra, the Russia Kremlin Chamber Orchestra, the Vienna Sinfonieta, the Sophia Philharmonic Orchestra, the Korea Chamber Orchestra, and the Korean Symphony Orchestra.

She has been teaching for 24 years based on Seoul, South Korea but also providing her lessons and masterclasses nationally and internationally, include United States, Europe and Asia.

She has trained marvelous young flutists in the top class orchestras in the world which include USA and Europe, and received illustrious achievements as a flute educator.

She was inducted as the vice president of KFEA (Korea Flute Educators Association) from 2012, and recently Ms Park was appointed the Invited Professor at the Music department of Daejin University.
